Quantity Ingredients
1 pack Wild Irish Venison Steaks
2 tbsp Oil
1 pack Fajita Seasoning
1/2 Medium Onion sliced thinly (save the other half for toppings)
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Green bell pepper
1 pack Flour tortillas warmed


1. Heat the oil in a large skillet on a medium-high heat.
2. Add venison meat, cook and stir for 4 minutes until no longer pink.
3. Remove the meat from the skillet.
4. In the same skillet, heat remaining 1 tbsp oil and add sliced onion and bell peppers. Cook and stir for 3 to 5 minutes.
5. Return meat to skillet, stire in water and seasoning mix. Cook and stir for 3 minutes or until meat is fully cooked through.
6. Spoon the contents into the Tortillas and serve with desired toppings.
